How do I place an order?

Placing an order on www.snapperrock.com is streamlined for your convenience. Simply select your favorite styles and sizes, and add them to your cart. If you need to make any changes, like removing an item, you can do so easily in the slide-out cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout—all prices are in USD.

Need help or have a question? Our online chat is available during business hours Monday to Friday to assist you immediately. If you contact us outside these hours, don't worry—leave a message in the chat and we'll get back to you via email as soon as possible. All our prices are listed in USD. Please note, we cannot accept checks, cash, or credit vouchers.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?

We're all about getting your Snapper Rock gear to you wherever you are. Here's how we ship:

Domestic US Shipping:

Economy Shipping - $8 USD

Your order will be shipped using USPS Ground Advantage which delivers your order in 2-5 business days from shipping.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or after 12pm EST Mon-Fri may require an additional day of processing.

Express Shipping - $24.95 USD

Our Express option via USPS Express ensures your items arrive in 2-3 business days once shipped. Just like with Ground Advantage, keep in mind there's an extra day for processing for orders made on weekends or after 12pm EST Mon-Fri.

Please note: The express shipping timeframe refers to the transit time once your order has been processed and dispatched. Place Express orders early to ensure a prompt delivery.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Trenton, New Jersey, USA.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we love to spread the Snapper Rock sunshine all around the world! For international shipping, we use DHL to reach selected countries. Here's what you need to know:

  • Canada: We offer a $40 USD flat rate.
  • New Zealand: For our Kiwi customers, enjoy a special flat rate of $30 USD.
  • Everywhere Else: Choose your country at checkout to see your shipping rate, with delivery via Worldwide DHL Express. The delivery timeframe varies by location but we aim to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

Please keep in mind that for all international shipments, duties and taxes are not included in our pricing and are the responsibility of the customer. Orders over $200 may incur customs fees upon entry to the destination country.

 

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

We realize that sometimes the item you have ordered is just not quite the color/style or size you were hoping for. If you're unhappy with your purchase, we'll find a solution for you. Initiate your return or exchange here

Shipping & Handling Fee

A $6 fee will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed for shipping/handling. The $6 charge will not be deducted for an exchange, or return deemed as defective merchandise.

Refunds

To return an item and get your package ready:

  • Create and print your prepaid shipping label here.
  • Attach the label to the original packaging or any appropriate shipping mailer of your choice
  • Put your package in your mailbox, USPS drop box, or deliver it to any USPS location near you for an instant refund!
  • You'll get email confirmations as soon as your return has been processed.
  • We process returns and refunds as soon as we receive them. Please allow 1-2 weeksfor the refund to appear on your credit card statement.  If you selected a refund to your credit card, the refund will be applied to the card used to make the purchase.
  • If you selected a refund to store credit, your digital store credit at snapperrock.com will be emailed to you when the items are received at our fulfillment center.
  • We cannot accept any returns after 30 days from the original purchase date
  • All returned items must be unused, in a re-saleable condition with all tags, and panty liners attached, for a return to be accepted
  • No refunds or exchanges can be given on items purchased from the CLEARANCE SALE section.  These are items that have a sale price ending in 0.99c.  These are final sale.
  • Note orders must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date

 

Exchanges
If you need to exchange your purchase for a different color or size, the quickest way to get your exchanged item is to please click here.

As with returns we cannot accept any exchanges after 30 days from the original purchase date

  • When making an exchange, the replacement product(s) will be sent when the return package is in transition its way back to us. You’ll receive an email with new tracking information when the new items you ordered are on their way.

 

International Returns & Exchanges outside of the USA

We do not offer complimentary international returns at this time. Please email us at returns@snapperrock.com to receive further instructions. Our customer service team can provide help.

 

Orders & Pricing
Snapper Rock reserves the right to discontinue or change prices or product specifications without prior notice. Unintentional errors in advertised prices are not binding on Snapper Rock and may be adjusted by Snapper Rock at any time. By placing an order and your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of an order. Certain information may need to be confirmed prior to accepting your order. Products are available while stocks last.
